    Hospital Operations Manager

Jerry grew up in North Kitsap where he initially envisioned a career in construction, following in his father's footsteps. However, the economic downturn in 2007 and 2008 prompted a pivotal shift in his path. He enrolled at Idaho State University, where he majored in Clinical and Behavioral Psychology. During his undergraduate years, Jerry had the privilege of meeting Dr. Jonathan Baker, who would play an important role in his professional journey.

While at college, Jerry excelled as the Director of Student Activities, where he dedicated himself to helping fellow students thrive academically and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
